CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Project Team Leader, ( Khmer / English / Chinese ). Phnom Penh.

• Main point of contact with customer on project execution
• Understand contractual and customer requirements
• Project planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing
• Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Report to management on project status

• Competent in speaking, reading and writing in Chinese. Knowing English and Khmer languages will be favorable
• Experience in project management in telecom, Telemedia or IT industries
• University degree in telecom/ communication technologies, electronics/ electrical, IT, or equivalent
• Ability to communicate with various departments and levels of people
• Ability to identify project execution choke points, plan risk management and devise problem -solving or mitigation measures
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent qualification will be a bonus
