Property Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is a leading international Real Estate Company in Cambodia. The Property Manager will be in charge of maintaining property rentals and negotiating and enforcing leases to very high standards. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively seek potential tenants and secure profitable leases in line with leasing strategy and budget
  • Manage the property sales team to ensure that targets are met and the reputation is maintained
  • Responsible for both strategic and day-to-day property management services
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rent, paying bills, preparing annual budget and forecast, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants in managing their leases including rent, service and utilities charges and collections and attending meetings
  • Commission maintenance contracts or building works, draw up request for proposal, select contractors and liaison until completed succesfully.
  • Lead and motivate the team, actively manage, offer training, development and incentive to encourage best performance
  • Ensure high quality, integrity and customer experienced at all times
  • Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and that General and Fire risk assessment recommendations are implemented across the team

Experience Required

3-5 years of experience in property management and leasing

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Enlish & Khmer

Other Requirements

  • University Graduate in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management and leasing
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Willingness to occasionally participate in networking, business and social events outside of regular working hours
  • Strong capacity and communication skills both Khmer and English
