Cambodian Gateway Underwear is looking for a QA Manager.

• Organize and plan based on daily work schedule
• Inspection site and technical audit base on client’s requirement
• QA Internal Audit / Technical Audit Process In facility
• SOP quality process and product safety
• Report/ records corrective action plan ( CAP ) with auditor finding
• Follow up order recap and monitor fabric arrive in warehouse , Fabric inspection 4 points system, Fabric weight , shrinkage Testing, Colors Shade band Do size set sample before bulk , Check and approve pattern / construction /spec/correct material
• Sampling with AQL, Monitor the quality (in-line inspection) in sewing line especially during preparatory process. Follow up all aspect of sewing methods and procedures
• Develop quality assurance policies and procedures/workflow
• Improved capability to increase quality and lower defects
• Investigation the order while process garment with right procedure-(SOP)
• Drive the production to meet quality standard per buyer’s expectation
• Inline / Pre-shipment audit follow AQL per buyer’ request and conduct inspection on
• Products test / packaging /workmanship / measurement
• Report/record the accurate inspection result to the costumer
