Summary of Position
Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution legally received official license from National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) No. M-F 83 on date 28th July 2017 and business registered at Ministry of Commerce No. 00019250 on date 04th October, 2016. Head Office located at House No.38, Russian Confederation Boulevard, Sangkat Psar Depo III, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh City.
Our goal is to help Cambodian and foreign investors who doesn’t have enough financial ability to establish or expanding businesses, increase profitability to shareholders, engage social responsibility and boost for economic development with government of Cambodia. Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution provide varieties of financial service in such of Personal Loan, SME Loan, Condo and Housing Loan, and Consumer Loan, Student Loan and other with competitive rate which initially in Phnom Penh city and soon expanding to any potential province or area in Cambodia.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Always keep smiling and provide warmest greeting to customers, guest, business partner, and other
- Promptly respond to customer’s inquiry, compliance, and other related issue
- Record all visitors who involve with Institution’s work and keep their identification card then give them back after they finished
- Corporate with office cleaner in preparing drinks for visitor who has appointment with Management or another employee involving
- Ensure proper handling of phone calls and e-mail regard to customer inquiries for services, rates and equipment
- Able to coordinate candidates who coming for interview to the right place as require and organize in order
- Take well responsible in radiance and hygiene in central office
- Perform other duties as assigned by Admin Supervisor

- Female or male
- Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing, Business, and other
- Fresh graduated or 1 year experience as receptionist, sale, clerk, marketing, admin, etc
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Able to summarize customer’s information in documents in English
- Able to analyses and solve problems
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Able to keep customer’s information confidentiality
- Possess positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and as a team member
- Self- motivated and highly commitment
- Focused, achievement-oriented, excellent customer service oriented
