Relationship Manager

Summary of Position

An international bank in Cambodia is looking for a Relationship Manager who will be in charge of resolving customer needs and managing all customer care. She/he will be based in Phnom Penh.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer needs
  • Understand customer financial needs and objectives
  • Recommend appropriate financial product or service to the customer
  • Assist and support bank management in delivering customer services
  • Prepare sales and marketing statements and reports for the top management of the bank

Experience Required

OR lower degree accepted if at least 3 years' experience in similar position

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent English and French (writing and speaking)
