Restaurant Supervisor
Summary of Position
One of the most prestigious and luxury retails located in Phnom Penh is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor.
The Restaurant Supervisor will be in charge of assisting the restaurant staff, greeting and meeting all customers to ensure about satisfaction.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Fine Dining Restaurant or relevant skills.
Good spoken and written in English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare the weekly rotes and ensure adequate staffing of the restaurant at all times
- Supervise and assist the restaurant staff on daily basis
- Maximise productivity of labor resources
- Conduct daily brief prior to each and every service and liaise with Chef to be aware of any special menu
- Evaluate guest feedback obtained, both internally & externally, taking relevant action on feedback points received and report to senior management
- Well aware of the maintenance fault reporting procedure
- Work with other supervisors to coordinate all aspects of stock deliveries and keep accurate and up to date records
- Responsible for the cellar and stock storage areas, ensuring they are secure, neat and clean at all times
- Assist with weekly ordering so as to ensure that stock levels are maintained and any special order for functions etc. are placed in a timely manner
- Advise customers on all Food & Berverage choices and ensure the restaurant staff have similar product knowledge
- Assist with the training of Restaurant staff including holding annual performance reviews
