Sale and Marketing Supervisor

Summary of Position

Thai Huot Trading Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Sale and Marketing Supervisor. This is a business development and relationship role in Speedwind’s sales business with responsibility for build relationship with outlets/customers and Key corporate partner and assist stock for sale team to the market. provide information to Key Corporate Partner and provide solution and implementing new business opportunities in the designed areas.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage Key Corporate partner staff to ensure achieve company goal and sales target
  • Recruit new Key Corporate Partner in assign area
  • Ensure the quality of the network for customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain good relationship with all Key Corporate Partners/dealers and outlets
  • Handle Partner’s complaints and provide potential solution to dealers if problem occurred
  • Gather feedback from corporate partner and customer to develop recommended solutions
  • Follow up Key corporate partner for sales progress.
  • Able to develop effective networking strategies.
  • Generate daily sale report to line manager, and perform other duties assigned by line manager
  • Perform other duties or function if and when required
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to acquiring new customers, and generally achieving and surpassing sales goals
  • Visit Key corporate partner to build good relationship
  • Prepare relevant Daily, weekly, monthly reports

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required

English and Chinese

Other Requirements

  • University qualifications in Business Related Discipline
  • At least 01 years’ corporate sale experience with local or international organisations
  • Very Good English skill (Khmer language essential)
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with line manager
  • Experience in customer services and selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries
  • Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and complex issues
  • Experience in successfully managing expectations of multiple parties, internal and external
  • Ability to remain intergraded to a team, while working remotely and independently
  • Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high-level communication skills
