Sales Admin Supervisor

We are looking for a Sale Admin Supervisor with 3 years experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To support Sales Manager, Project Sales Supervisor and Sale Officer by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales department and staff
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Sales Manager, Project Sales Supervisor and Sales Officers producing letters, memos, reports, spread sheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department
  • Keep record of all stocks in the company
  • Record/input sales, transferring of products, Issue invoice of big orders, take order from branches, exchanges, along with full customer details/choices and produce/post relevant letters and statements as appropriate
  • Produce and maintain files, distribute copies to other departments and relevant customers
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for management team
  • Produce/amend standard forms for use on site and in the office to assist the sales team. Ensure that all documentation in office and copy of the site journal is up to date
  • Produce and collate all relevant information for inclusion in the Board Report
  • Record customer details and their enquires
  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
  • Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so

3 years related experience

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Business Administration or Completion of Training Courses in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Product knowledge or industries experience
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft
  • Office Suite is required
