We are looking for a candidate in the position Sales and Marketing Manager. You will be put in a position to work closely with General Manager to come up with creative and effective solution to promote the brand growth and accelerating the market development. As you work with manager, he will guide you and mentor you throughout your career and teach you all the problems.

• Promoting the company’s brands and introducing new products to the market
• Analyzing budgets, preparing budget plans, scheduling, expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities

• The candidate needs good interpersonal skills, good time management skills in balancing many projects in dynamic environment and the ability to think out-side of the box to find the alternative solution or simplify the work
• Excellence of communication in English, Khmer, and Chinese(prefer)
• Excellence of operating computer such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
