SALES EXECUTIVE ($250 - $ 550)
Summary of Position
SC CAPITAL is a holding company of real estate positions itself in the most important and emerging real estate markets of South East Asia. With a strong strategic management of the holding in Singapore, Myanmar and Cambodia, SC Capital is able to secure long-term local presence in key markets of South East Asia.
We are looking for SALES EXECUTIVE.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales and deliver the most effective and creative marketing strategies
- Commit to achieve the sales target assigned
- Develop and maintain report relationship with the customers and team
- Promote the products to customers
- Conduct frequent communication with customers (By Phone call, email, making appointment...etc )
- Build Strong relationship with potential clients or network Other duties assigned by manager
Experience Required
1 or 2 years experiences in Architectural Design/ Real Estate is a plus
Languages Required
English, Khmer and Chinese fluency requirement
Other Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor degree or fresh graduated in marketing or related field
- Good negotiation, problem solving, innovative and persuasive skills
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude and high integrity
- Passionate in Architectural Design/ Real Estate Industry
