At least 1 year experience in Sales (Related Telecom or Internet Service Provider Industry is advantage).

Language proficiency in both Chinese and English.

• Establishe, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
• Work with the sales supervisor, customer service and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via direct visit, telephone calls, emails
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales; gather market and customer information
• Plan and organizes personal sales strategy in order to reach the target of the company
• Monitor and report market activities and industry trends
• Other duties as assigned
