Sales Gallery Supervisor

Summary of Position

We are a Property Development Company specialized in developing and selling condominium apartments in Phnom Penh for local and international investors. The Sales Gallery supervisor will be in charge of taking care and managing staffs, building and developing customer relationships as well as implementing sales action plans to generate sales and revenues. He / She will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and inform prospects potential clients about properties (condo apartments)
  • Give sales gallery and construction site visits to customers during the construction period
  • Create business relations, implement action plans to generate sales opportunities
  • Contact sales prospects by phone, email, face-to-face meeting to expand the client base
  • Prepare weekly reports on customer care activities and keep track of any market feedback
  • Investigate and resolve sales-related issues, coordinate with others departments if needed
  • Observe and assess the market conditions on a regular basis, report any relevant findings
  • Work with the sales and marketing department to develop new sales strategies
  • Assist and support clients after the purchase by providing a high standard of customer services
  • Collect customer payments and ensure that project updates are communicated to customers
  • Assist with Sales and Marketing Director in interviewing candidates for the sales gallery staffs
  • Ensure the environment is clean and prepared, all equipment is maintained in accordance with service standards and that outages are reported and resolved in a timely manner

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements

  • University degree or experience in Hospitality, Marketing, Economics or Finance would be advantageous
  • Experience in Real-estate and property selling is not required but rather appreciated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, talkative, available and team player
  • Excellent presentation, responsible, quick learner with self-confidence and pro-activeness
  • Has to be fluent in Khmer, English, Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile apps, internet, emailing and presentation to audience
