Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Summary of Position
A new set up Real Estate Company is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be in charge of managing overall marketing flaw, oversee a social media strategy as well as attaining key performance indicators (KPI) such as reducing website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain the corporate and projects websites
- Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram etc
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators (KPI) such as reducing website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Work on the Search Engine Optimisation of the websites
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
- Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
- Write copy for email marketing campaigns
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
- Work on printed material to supplement online products
- Contribute and develop marketing plans, strategies, and manage budgets
- Evaluate marketing campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity
- Support the marketing manager and other colleagues.

Other Requirements
- Ideally a degree in marketing although not essential
- Strong project management/organizational skills
- Web development skills – sound knowledge of HTML/Java Script, strong knowledge of search engine optimisation and advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
- Video editing for website and social media content
- Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends
- Understanding of customer segmentation; strong and confident communicator
- A creative approach
- Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
- The ability to work under pressure and towards a deadline
- Attention to detail; good business sense and budget awareness.
