Senior HR Consultant

Summary of Position

Saint Blanquat & Associates: Currently, we are looking for a Senior HR Consultant. He/She will work closely with the Head of HR Consulting who will act as the project manager of the HR consulting missions and manage a team of consultant and analysts in delivering great services to the client.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive project quotations
  • Lead the project team of 3-4 in all consulting missions
  • Prepare methodology of the project and prepare a work plan
  • Provide technical guidance on HR matters to the team
  • Constantly coach the team on work management
  • Make final recommendations for the consulting project
  • Prepare the final project report for the clients
  • Manage the clients through clear communication
  • Undertake other assignments as assigned by the management

Other Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources Management is preferred
  • Bachelor degree in management; Master degree is preferred
  • Flexibility and efficiency
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Be able to work with multicultural team
  • Highly organised
  • Great team player
