Senior HR Consultant

Summary of Position

One of the major consulting company in Cambodia is looking for a Senior HR Consultant. He/She will work closely with the Head of HR Consulting and will be in charge to attract candidates and ensure they match with companies’ positions. He/she performs the complete process of recruitment and on boarding of suitable new staff.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Company branding
  • Visit employer to assess their requirements and introduce the company
  • Perform the whole process of recruitment including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, convincing, preparing candidate profile, and reference checking
  • Prepare job descriptions
  • Implement the process of search and selection
  • Identify and approach suitable candidates
  • Manage advertisement strategy and applications screening
  • Introduce candidates to the clients and coordinate the whole communication between client and candidate as required
  • Support the integration of new employees as much as needed
  • File and maintain customers’ filing system
  • Contribute to the definition of the general sourcing strategies
  • Participate in the general recruitment communication strategy and monthly newsletter
  • Coach and guide the team in day to today activities, HR policies and procedures, recruitment process

  • Managing Consultant

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or other related field
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Seasonable analytical and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge in all recruitment, compliance and other HR function
  • High sense of confidentiality
  • Excellent time management, planning, organizing and presentation skills
  • Outgoing, flexible and reliable personality
