Senior IT Officer

Summary of Position

Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution Plc.: Currently, we are looking for a Senior IT Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • customize, configure & set up IP devices for subscribers
  • be responsible for availability of server and subscriber database system
  • operate and maintain server, subscriber database system and billing system
  • install and maintain computers, printers, network devices, internet, email and IT system
  • perform database backup and recovery
  • check all maintenance well prepare
  • ensure security, quality and confidentiality of information system
  • diagnose, troubleshoot and solve a wide range of complex technical issues pertaining to server
  • support sales teams at the field to settle problem and talk with subscribers about technical system
  • Resolve problems quickly when possible, following established procedures
  • Solving printer and print queue administration issues
  • Implement and convey company policies to users
  • Review and maintain all request documents from users and consolidates as monthly report
  • Monitor Core Banking System with cost effectiveness and efficiency
  • Provide support, training, coaching  and other to enhance user experience and minimizing error
  • Other duties as assigned by IT Manager

Other Requirements

  • Both genders
  • Bachelor degree or Master in IT technology
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience related with work
  • Responsible for strategic IT planning, including
  • Good judgment and decision-making skill
  • Research IT solutions and make recommendations for the improvement of IT systems and IT infrastructure

  • Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
