Senior Officer, Marketing

Summary of Position

Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution Plc: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Senior Officer, Marketing.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and maintain marketing strategies and plans to meet agreed business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing events, advertising and promotion activities for Khmer Capital MFI
  • Lead and manage team to promote our products or service through marketing strategies including door to door, digital channel, and other effective approach
  • Creative and innovation focusing to sustainable our business growth and build Khmer Capital branding and image to the public
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products demanding
  • Conduct satisfactory survey to our existing customers to find our weakness and propose for improvement
  • Oversee development of advertising and marketing materials including brochures and other publications
  • Prepare speeches and press releases as require from manager
  • Liaise with media companies on ad publication analysis and selection
  • Develop targeted press lists and media contacts
  • Develop and update our Website, Facebook, Linkedin etc.

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Banking or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing with Banking, MFIs, MDIs
  • Ability and experience in market, segment analysis, development and preparation of segment marketing plans and strategies
  • Experience with electronic design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, and other graphics tools
  • Experience in designing is much preferable
  • Strong understanding of media networking
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • A strong desire to work in a team and deal with challenge
  • Good at Computer literacy and English language proficiency
