Cpl Cambodia Properties Limited: Currently, we are looking for a Senior Sales Agent to promote sales and creating leads. You will ensure maximum sales by the Company as well as excellent customer service in helping customers locate, select, and purchase property.The succesful candidate will also assist junior agents through training so as to reach their full potential.

• Selling and renting houses, villas, lands or condos
• Providing exceptional customer care and achieving sales goals to ensure the Company's objectives on sales and profits are met
• Searching and negotiating good properties on sales or rent to sign exclusive or agreement with company
• Searching and building good relationships and generating lead contacts
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and address all their concerns
• Learn and update from Team including house price, land price and rental price, banking loan, legal documentation or other matters related from Property Valuation Team and Senior Sales Agent to ensure and support our customers make the right decision of buying either for living, investment or running business
• Input information into sales IT system to check performance result and commission earning 
• Train and assist junior agents
