Cambodian Gateway Underwear is looking for Shipping Manager to handle and manange import and export documents in garment factory.

For Import

• Checking schedule with suppliers and shipper for arrange the import ( ETD , ETA ... )
• Arrange invoice , packing list follow the master list and Telex BL , and pass to agency for apply import permit at custom office
• Prepare documents and inform to warehouse for arrange unloading , make import report , and entry to the system

For export

• Prepare the shipping plan and checking export schedule with buyers ( ETD , CRD , ETA ... )
• Make booking to buyer forwarder on the system or manual booking ( Damco , APL , DSV ... ) for as per buyer SOP , check the dimension for the container booking
• Make Invoice and packing list , size breakdown , prepare loading plan pass to warehouse
• Prepare final loading plan / E-load plan / buyer documents or ASN for forwarder and buyers as per requirement send to forwarder or head office
• Keep seal lock processing after completed loading
• Apply online CO / None CO at ministry of Commerce
• Manage all clearance documents
• Manage all export monthly report
• Prepare documents at  ministry of Commerce such as " factory evaluation reports " , stock entry and stock cutting etc ... for monthly report

• At least have 2 years handling import and export documents, fluent all shipping procedure
