Site Architect

Summary of Position

Orkide Villa Group are a real estate development company based in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. The company specialises in the development of high-quality, mixed-use developments, based on principally residential uses. Currently, we are looking for a Site Architect.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare project planning, organize planning, sketching, and 3D render
  • Establish construction drawing (Plan, elevation, detailed drawing etc)
  • Prepare drawing using Auto Cad, 3D MAX, Sketch Up, and other design software
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager

Other Requirements

  • At least bachelor degree in Architect or Civil Engineering or other related fields
  • At least 1years experience in related role
  • Highly creative with interior and exterior design skill
  • Able to speak English
  • Honest, flexible, hardworking, well-coordinated

Working location: Street 2004 (Maida), Sangkat Tek Tla, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh
