Store Manager

Summary of Position

Metrey Japan operate wide range of business and services in automotive sector including auto garage, car care and sales of the auto parts and accessories. 

We are looking for a Store Manager to manage our shop at located in AEON Mall Phnom Penh. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customer 
  • Train, monitor the staff activities for quality service
  • Conduct inventory control
  • Plan and implement sales promotions
  • Daily and monthly reporting to supervisor
  • Participate in internal and client meetings
  • Some administrative work as necessary

Experience Required

- Over 5 years of Experience in store operation & management
- Sales and marketing experience at Automotive industry preferred

Minimum Educational Level Required

High School or equivalent

Minimum Career Level Required

Manager (Staff supervisor,...)

Languages Required

English, Khmer, Chinese(preferred)
