• Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual
• Project monitoring in strategically manner
• Review and supervise structural engineering and architectural design works
• Generate brief programme with PM and meet project deadlines
• Calculate the loads and stresses the construction will have to safely withstand
• Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Resolve design and development problems
• Ensure the project runs smoothly and the structure is completed within budget and on time
• Liaise with other designers, including architects to agree on safe d1esigns and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction. 
• Produce drawings and specifications of structures for building 
• Consider the strength of various materials to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design
• Prepare reports and technical specifications
• Analyse design and detail structural elements of steel and concrete buildings
• Examine existing buildings and structures to test if they are still structurally sound and fit for purpose
• Perform other jobs as required by Project Manager

The Project Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer or related field
• Minimum 2 years in related experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and towards a deadline
• Ability to liaise well with professionals from other disciplines
• An interest in the design and structure of buildings
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy
