Supervisor, Credit Marketing

Summary of Position

Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution Plc.: Currently, we are looking for a Supervisor, Credit Marketing who will respond to promote KC’s products and service and reputation into the public and especially target operation areas in order meet the target plan and appeal high company branding. He/she need to manage, control, monitor, and coaching subordinate to ensure of them achieve high performance. And lastly, he/she also have to gather and analyzes all customers information inquiry for propose to management or committee for approval. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Credit Manager to set up sale plan and execute promotion activities to targeted area
  • Lead and enforce team members to take an effective action to hit target
  • Monitor, train, and coach team members regarding to internal policies, procedure, and guideline or technical skills to improve and ensure everyone in team produce high performance
  • Create marketing channels and connection with business owner, related field personnel, and authorities to enlarge volume of loan portfolio
  • Conduct site activities in such of loan assessment, collaterals evaluation, and overdue loan recovering
  • Ensure all loan profiles comply with internal policies, guideline, and regulation
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting of loan applications to credit committee
  • Monitor on risk management related to loan portfolio and overall performing and report to Credit Manager on periodic basis
  • Training and involve in recruitment for the department if needed
  • Conduct on staff annual appraisal and probation performance review on time basis
  • Other task assign by Credit Manager

Able to use English for communication and writing credit proposal.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Banking, Business, Marketing, Management, and other
  • Minimum of 5 years experiences as credit function with MDIs, MFIs or Bank (Prefer from Bank)
  • Required experience for hunting and processing large loan (Corporate, Business, SME, and Micro loan)
  • Good understanding for credit analysis and result oriented
  • Good at collaterals evaluation and legal process
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Flexible, friendly, team work, and goal oriented
  • Ambition to learn and capacity development
  • Good at English language proficiency
  • And good in time management
