Supply Chain Manager
Summary of Position
A company that specialized in retail pharmacy in Cambodia is seeking for a Supply Chain Manager that will be in charge of sale, logistic, stock management and consignment. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
+ Sale
- To develop sales in existing / new stores by getting the right products at the right price
- To work with operations manager and stores managers to identify where and how to display products in the different stores
- To analyze sales and find which products categories we should increase, and which products we should try to boost, or store
- To help Stores Managers analyze their own stores’ sales and according to the other stores sales, check if they have all the products they should have
- To investigate suppliers and various media to know if we have the latest products to sell
+ Logistic and Transportation
- To follow guidelines to choose the best way to get the products from suppliers to our stores’ shelves
- To be able to evaluate the part of transportation and tax in the final cost of the product
- To optimize time between PO release and products delivered to the stores
+ Supply chain optimization
- To work with Purchasing Assistant to set up all purchasing procedures ]
- To push Purchasing Department to register on time
- To check with Purchasing Department if lost products on delivered
- To check with Accounting if lost invoices or blocked PO
+ Stock Management
- To manage, control and report regular inventory counting
+ Consignment
- To work with consignment officer to optimize process
+ Relationship with supplier
- To negotiate Trade terms agreements with suppliers
- To negotiate best unit prices from Suppliers
- To propose Retail prices and Rate Card prices according to our minimum margin policy
- To negotiate rebates and other benefits from Suppliers
+ Price Management
To always try to find the balance between competitive price level and sufficient margin
+ IT process
- To work with IT Manager and Software provider to set up process to improve system’s use: price labels printing, stock counting by carrying out rotating inventories in stores, consignment process, all stock adjustment processes
- To help Stores Managers get all needed reports: global sales, by suppliers, by categories and track errors on prices leading to low margins
+ Management
- To delegate, give instructions, get reports from, and evaluate purchasing, warehouse and new products assistants

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)
Other Requirements
- At least 3 years experienced as Purchasing Manager or Supply chain manager
- Knowledge about cosmetic and /or Pharmaceutical products market
- Professional in Excel
- Fluent in English and other language is a plus
- Strong Management skills
