CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD: Currently, we are looking for a System Development Lead, ( Khmer / English / Chinese ).

• Co-lead system development team for in-house system (backend, frontend, database design)
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
• Build API for integration with various system
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain on best practices current, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members

• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
• 4 years + experience as full stack developer / lead (backend, , database design), ERP development from software company or Internet service provider
• Experience with billing system, CRM, ERP
• Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as PHP, Java, or Python, and operating systems may be required
• Experience Agile development methodology
• Able to produce result fast
• Experience with DevOps, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), SOAP
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with a group
• Willingness to sit at desk for extended periods
