Technical Service Officer
Summary of Position
DHL Express (Cambodia) Ltd, is the global market leader in international express delivery services.
We are looking for a Technical Service Officer with minimum 3 years’ experience in IT technical support field.
Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deploy and provide training of DHL ESS tools to customers’ onsite, as well as, solve all issue that customers encounter while they are using all these DHL systems
- Help users diagnose the reasons for their problems and directly address the resolution of simple problems
- Escalate complex problems either locally or to globally ITSC
- Managing prompt and efficient technical support for all DHL online applications, LAN/WAN & Helpdesk to ensure that the country IT helpdesk (where installed) is providing service in line with agreed service commitments and that problem escalation is handled correctly
- Maintain all kind of IT equipment to ensure the functionality and accessibility of all peripherals (such as computers, scanners, printers, handheld units), including the installation of operating systems and other software
- Assist in procurement of all equipment related to IT by working closely with Admin Department
- Liaise with Operations Department and other departments on quick and efficient solution of customer issues and queries

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology is required.
- Extensive knowledge of the IT infrastructure including network (LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs...), applications, systems and operational support, as well as, exceptional technical knowledge of PC operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 8
- Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Symantec and/or other industry standard professional certifications are preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Demonstrates a strong personal commitment to customer needs and corporate objectives.
