Summary of Position

CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Technical Support, ( Khmer / English / Chinese ). Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

❖Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps
❖Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques
❖Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
❖Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
❖Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
❖Walk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
❖Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers 
❖Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
❖Other tasks from manager

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Khmer / English / Chinese

Other Requirements

❖At least 2 or 3-year experience. 
❖Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution 
❖Problem solving skills and strong customer focus 
❖Good communication in Khmer and English
