Tour Manager

Summary of Position

R-T-R Tours Co., Ltd is one of the leading Tour Operator and Travel Agent.

We are looking for a Tour Manager, who will be conduct escorted tours in assigned destinations by delivering exceptional customer service, well operational management and knowledge of the destination.  You will balance business excellence, quality passenger experience and professional expertise.

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the operation work.

  Good Khmer and English proficiency.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respecting and abiding by the RTR’s vision, mission, goals and all management policies
  • Responsible for inbound activities and completing Inbound Operations and Staff Management
  • Communicate with overseas and local partners in organizing group and tours
  • Make research on potential service or good suppliers that are able to provide the best prices
  • Negotiate with potential service or good supplier in order to get discounts
  • Plan, prepare quotation and tour itinerary, revise and update contract rates
  • Promote and sales all tour packages up on customer satisfaction
  • Ensure to provide excellent customer services at all time
  • Keep creating, design and updating the new tour package
  • Collect feedback from customers and make report to general manager, operation manager and Chief Executive Officer
  • Create and introduce new packages to target clients
  • Plan strategies to increase sales and achieve the set targets
  • Responsible for budgeting and implementation and ensure smooth functioning of the Inbound department
  • Maintain good relationship with all the local hoteliers, restaurants, suppliers and service providers
  • Responsible for contracting and negotiation of local hotels, suppliers and service providers
  • Responsible to contract with overseas agents, wholesalers and online systems
  • Responsible for marketing inbound products locally and international, and handle customer complaints;

Experience Required

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the operation work

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Languages Required

Good Khmer and English proficiency

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, preferably in operation management or tourism
  • Good understanding of vision, mission, goals, policies, bylaws and other relevant institutions
  • Computer Literacy (Ms office Ms Word, Ms excel, Ms Access)
  • Strong organization, communication, report writing, facilitating skills, and good interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthy, and collaboratively
  • Strong commitment and creative to diversity
