Asia Routes Travel & Tours (ARTT) is a newly established professional travel agency in Phnom Penh, providing comprehensive services for groups and individuals within CLMV countries including Thailand is looking for a Tour Operator.

Good in Khmer and English.

• Providing Quotation information to the partner by email or Phone
• Booking hotel, guide, Driver & Restaurant.
• Visiting resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability
• Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps
• Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels
• Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
• Using market research information to guide decisions
• Producing brochures and Internet-based information
• Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures
• Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets or voucher

• Candidates should be Cambodian nationality
• Degree in any field of studies, preferably in Tourism & Hospitality
• Customer and service oriented mindset
• Trustworthy and can work independently
• Male or Female, age between 18-40 are accepted
• Good in using Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and E-mail
• Good in communication, interpersonal skills and willing to work hard
