• Visit market as per planned schedule
• Supervise and guide Marketing/ Sales staff in their daily work
• Look after sales volume, market coverage, products mix in assigned zone
• Analyze the market in order to work out annual sales forecast and monthly marketing activities plan in assigned zone together with Business Development Manager
• Monitor trade/ consumer promotions execution of sales team and agents. Keep track on promotion progress in order to react fast to any change of the market
• Monitor and ensure appropriate merchandising and good branding of company's products in the market in coordination with brand team

The Area Marketing Manager

• Male, age from 25-30
• Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or related faculty
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in supervisory position, preferable in sales of FMCG companies
• Hard working, dynamic, flexible and team-work
• Good communication/ negotiation skills. Good at analyzing, organizing and quality driven
• Can communicate in English and Khmer is the native language.
