Academy of Applied English: Currently, we are looking for an English Instructor. You will be part of a small team responsible for instructing and coaching the local (non-native English speaking) employees of a global organization based in the heart of Phnom Penh. The aim is to strengthen their verbal (and non-verbal) and written English communication skills in line with the organization's specific style and communications standards. This is an ongoing assignment that will commence soon and is likely to continue into 2021.

• Development of assessment questionnaire for trainees
• Curriculum/course development (and adaptation)
• Instruction, coaching and tuition
• Providing feedback to your trainees
• Reporting on progress

• Training Principal

• Previous experience in the Asia Pacific region working in major corporate enterprises, in executive or leadership training, or with a business teaching background is also a plus.
• An appropriate business English language teaching qualification is required as a foundation.
• It almost goes without saying, but you should be motivated, energetic and dedicated and have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work alone is essential.
