Summary of Position
A Cambodia's premier human resources and management consultancy specialised in top management recruitment and HR processes & organisation counseling, and in-house magazine.
The Recruitment and Administrative Assistant will be in charge of assisting the recruitment needs and administrative staffs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for coordinating recruitment and hiring process
- Advertise the job announcement on the company’s website
- Prepare and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all staff
- Provide the administrative support as needed
- Arrange the interview and the meeting room
- Maintain the recruitment document
- Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organization work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Other needs as assigned
