WAREHOUSE/ INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

Summary of Position

The Body Shop: Currently, we are looking for a WAREHOUSE/ INVENTORY EXECUTIVE.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Inbound Inventory Handling:

  • Receive stocks based on monthly schedule. Perform quantity, quality and shelf life checks & reports accordingly.
  • Organize stocks into racks and shelves with FIFO (First in First out) procedure.
  • Perform stocks labeling & Bundle / Gift Set assembling, upon request.

Outbound Inventory Handling (From WH to Stores & Ecommerce):

  • Process inventory orders from business units, namely Stores (weekly/fortnightly delivery) and Ecommerce (daily orders), and other request based on business requirements.
  • Pick and pack based on singles unit into cartons. Prepare shipping documents / invoices with each outbound.
  • Coordinate loading and delivery process with delivery partners. Supervise the stocks receiving process at destination, for delivery to store.

General Inventory Management:

  • Manage stocks segregation upon request, for example separate stocks for Ecommerce or reserved for a paid order.
  • Diligently manage stocks’ quantity, quality and shelf-life.
  • Record all stocks movement into company Enterprise system. Provide data & photo reports as and when required.
  • Monthly stock take.
  • Active SKU Count: est. 500
  • WH Inventory Volume (Singles): est. 50,000
  • WH Inventory Volume (Packs): est. 9,000
  • Stocks Type: Cosmetics / Beauty / Personal Care
  • Checking & confirming monthly WH rental & delivery invoice.
  • Monitoring monthly stock inventory’s result, including manual batch code tracker to maintain healthy stock holding.
  • Assisting monthly inventory report.
  • Monitoring complaints from shops about damaged/lost/QC products for further action (to use as testers and submit claims to product department (if any))
  • Setting up date & informing WH about new shop opening schedule & task list.
  • Tracking of Products in Shipments:
  • Monitor shipment and stocks arrival. Manage and liaise with freight forwarder for approval on duties and ensure shipment is cleared within timelines including processing of NOT forms and other related documents needed.
  • Manage and liaise with warehouse on shipment receiving.
  • Check price against order for every shipment and inform accounts on any discrepancies.
  • Highlight qty discrepancies and urgent stock situations to APO & take necessary actions to rectify the situations.

  • 2+ years’ warehouse experience

  • Good computer skills
  • Self-motivated and well-organized
