Customer Service Agent ( Khmer / English / Chinese )

Summary of Position

CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD.: Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent ( Khmer / English / Chinese ).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Other tasks from manager.

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Khmer / English / Chinese

Other Requirements

  • At least 2 or 3-year experience.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
  • Problem solving skills and strong customer focus.
  • Good communication in Khmer, English and Chinese speaking a must.
