Bright Victory Mekong Petroleum Import & Export Co., Ltd (BVM) is a petroleum importer operating in Cambodia since 2008 by providing quality gasoil and gasoline nationwide.

We are looking for a Fleet Officer who will be based in Warehouse to support and grow our business. It is expected to be filled as soon as possible.

• Assist Fleet Manager in the recruitment of quality drivers
• Develop efficient driver schedules
• Assist and Manage drivers (in the absence of Fleet Manager)
• Register and license all vehicles under fleet management
• Assist Fleet Manager to find a way to cut costs and maximize profits
• Assist Fleet Manager to develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency
• Maintain details records of vehicle servicing and inspection
• Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules
• Monitor driver’s behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Utilize GPS system to monitor drivers and track vehicles

• Degree in Logistics/Transportation, accounting or related fields
• At least 1-year experience in logistic/transportation, accounting or related fields
• Experience in the transportation industry
