Head of Project Sales Team

Summary of Position

Our client is a market leading company in providing bed, bathroom and kitchen equipment. They are seeking for a Head of Project Sales Team who will be in charge of sales volume and develop sales& marketing strategy and tools in the company. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Introduce company various types of furniture to hospitality, construction, and real estate professionals (Hotels, Apartment, Villa, Borey, and Offices);
  • Provide extensive information about the products focusing on key benefits
  • Identify and meet with key decision makers (Designer, Architect, Purchasing, and GM)
  • Be responsible for working to achieve sales goals and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services to customer
  • Negotiate with customer to close the deals
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Follow up progress of work with engineer for delivery products/services on time;
  • Follow up track delivery of products/services to customers
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales and related industry
  • Strong English communication skills; Chinese is a plus
  • Ability to analyze, develop and execute sale strategy
  • Great interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and customer service skills
  • Patient, adaptable and proactive
  • Have their own transportation and travel on site
