HR Admin Executive

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Establish HR standard and procedures
  • Manage recruiting and employee testing program
  • Continually evaluates compensation policies and procedure
  • Maintain and updates HR policy on the regular basis
  • To establish the Human Resources Dept. objectives, plans, budget, and policies
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Continuously develop and revise human resources policy and other regulations on a timely basis to ensure they are reflecting to need and compliance with Cambodian Labor Law
  • Manage the HR filings both documents to ensure that those documents are filed and entries properly and privately
  • Ensure the accuracy of the salary, compensation, and staff’s benefits by reviewing payroll and relevant reports and they are paid promptly
  • Prepare compensation and benefit reports analysis
  • Follow up to synthesize and appraisal data
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management and other related fields
  • Good command of Khmer and English
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word & Excel) and internet must be required
  • At least 2-year experience in HR job
  • Be able to operate finger print system would be an advantage
  • Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment self-motivated
  • Be honest, patient; follow the instruction from the superior
  • Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
  • Good at communication skill
  • Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in team
