HR officer

Summary of Position

Uni Sun Development Corp is looking for HR officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and Evaluate

  • Coordinate in staff appraisal such as quarterly, probation, etc
  • Assist in updating the staff appraisal forms
  • Computer the result of staff appraisal
  • Manage/follow up the appraisal schedule
  • Participate in staff appraisal committee
  • Assist in updating Organizational chart, JD, and Job Structure
  • Cooperate effectively with IT to ensure the M&E database working properly

Human resource management:

  • Liaise with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
  • Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; preparing staff handbooks
  • Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits; undertaking regular salary reviews
  • Preparing payroll and maintaining employee records for direct manager
  • Plan and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff
  • Maintain effectively the application both hard and soft copy
  • Work well with other staff in different locations through different line of communication
  • Keep track of employee attendance, leave and overtime
  • Implementing disciplinary procedures

Others:

  • Participate in Health and Safety at workplace/sites
  • Participate in building employee relationship
  • Participate in problems solving/staff conflict
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR manager

Experience Required

At least 2 years Experiences in HR Function plus M&E experience is preferable

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Fresh Graduate / Entry level

Languages Required

Strong in Khmer/English Language

Other Requirements

  • University Degree of BA in Business Administrative or Human Resource Management is preferable
  • Sound knowledge in Cambodia Labour law
  • Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues and an across the company
  • Have Interpersonal/Communication Skills
  • Be honest, Work under pressure and willing to travel form one site to others
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet/Email is advantages
  • Good attitude towards: work, teamwork and people
  • Most importantly: Ability to LEARN
