Human Resource Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is a leading international communication agency in Cambodia. They are looking for a Human Resource Manager who will oversee all Human Resources and administration management aspects of organization in Cambodia. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly payroll 
  • Handle the whole process of recruitment, on-boarding and exit interview
  • Prepare and organize employee’s personal file including employment contract and other related documents
  • Responsible for Human Resource software (Talent Space) management, Annual leave management and Insurance management
  • Provide the corporate training to employee
  • Implement and identify area improvement of new and current HR processes
  • Oversee the responsibilities and train (when required) the administration personnel

Reporting to

  • Report to Direct line: Group Financial Director
  • Report to Indirect line: Managing Director, Cambodia

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Manager (Staff supervisor,...)

Other Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in HR and Admin in a similar industry, preferably in a multinational company

  • Dynamic, dedicated and hard working
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Responsible, proactive and disciplined and good team player
  • Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
