Information officer

Summary of Position

Mengly J. Quach Education is one of the leading companies in Cambodia. With successful growth
and expansion of the company, we are looking to strengthen our workforce. Currently, we are seeking for a Information Officer who will be in charge of responding with answering with multi-line phone system, Supporting operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing help customer to register AiiLC, AIS, Computer and TOEFL Prep course. Prepare report, Check staff report and other document. Take care of all staff and problem.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering to in person and multi-line phone system
  • Know about customer’s need
  • Input the information from student test and take code number
  • Help candidates to register AiiLC, AIS, GCP, Computer and TOEFL Preparation course
  • Receive in-document form other entities and submit it to Administrative Department
  • Receive CVs and process it to Administrative Department
  • Help Candidates to register for TOEFL iBT and send the candidate’s name to TOEFL Administrative officer and Finance team
  • Help Candidates to make ID card (old and new)
  • Collect money from Registration form (Students who wish to take placement test
  • Prepare daily financial report of the student ID and submit to the Bursar every evening. (Money received from student request new ID card)
  • Compile statistics of test taker, visitors asking and generate reports daily and monthly and send via email
  • Input CV in to file share for HR department
  • Input visitors asking information in to information report
  • Compile student writing test by monthly
  • Write monthly and Term report and send via email
  • Keep the front desk area & lobby clean and well-organized

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of related major
  • 1+ years of experience in admin task
  • Able to use Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint and other skills are welcomed
  • Able to communicate in English and other language are welcomed
