CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position IT Director ( Khmer / English / Chinese ). PP.

• Oversee all technology development, operations, and support
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management and global IT
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
• Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment, software, and services
• Inspect the use of technological equipment, software, services to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
• Coordinate IT managers, supervise internal and external teams, an provide guidance
• Control budget and report on expenditure
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
• Coordinate any global IT initiatives and implement them

• Proven 10+ year experience as the head of IT in a multi-national companies 
• Experience in managing entire IT organization (application development, support, operations, infrastructure, project management office, and cybersecurity) 
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc. 
• High integrity and not afraid to challenge the status-quo 
• Experience in setting and managing information technology budget 
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills 
• Prior project management experience 
• Outstanding communication abilities in English and Mandarin 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities 
• International consulting firm experience highly desirable 
• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
