IT General Support Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understanding users’ technical issue and applying appropriate solutions
  • Providing quick maintenance on faulty desktop and portable computers
  • Installing and troubleshooting computer operating systems (Windows and macOS)
  • Ensuring business application up-to-date and having valid license
  • Installing and configuring network resources (printers, scanners, shared storage) for users
  • Supporting users to create and setup email accounts on computers and mobile devices
  • Compiling reports (task completion, daily to monthly reports) for supervisor and/or manager

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • At least one-year experience in technical support
  • Knowledgeable in computer operating system (Windows and macOS), business applications
  • Having experience with online service (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Be able to work and communicate within teams
  • Possible to work under pressure and commit to the assigned jobs
  • Strong problem-solving skills
