Operations Director

Summary of Position

Our client is into Food Franchise business in Cambodia and many other countries as well. They are looking for an Operations Director who will be responsible for several franchises operations in Cambodia. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and controlling all activities of the operations by directing, supervising and evaluating the performance of individuals and departments. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

  • Proficiency in Ms. Office and restaurant-related applications/software
  • Knowledge of food preparation and food service management, methods, and techniques
