Sales Engineer

Summary of Position

A business continuation for coding-marking equipment and supplies is looking for Sales Engineer.

The Sales Engineer will be in charge of developing and successful delivery of opportunities to sell the Coding/Marking/Labelling/Print & Apply Labelling Solutions inclusive of Printers, Consumables, Services, Software to customers within a defined market sectors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all sales and marketing activities, goods dispatch and all technical activities such as demonstration, installation, training, maintenance and service
  • Build and strengthen Company brand and value proposition
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge and organise necessary training of Coding/Marking/Labelling/Print, apply Labelling product range and keep up to date with changes, developments and additions to any given product range
  • Achieve and organise sales/marketing activity target, customer’s satisfaction, target, sales, budget, expense budget within the country with both End-user customers OEM customers and develop sales tactics and creation of target list of accounts
  • Establish, develop and deliver business opportunities in selected market and gather information about competitors’ technologies and commercial offer benchmarking
  • Prepare for necessary training content and perform training to deliver coding/marking/labelling/ print & apply labelling solutions
  • Assist and support production of Marketing collaterals
  • Provide regular forecasting reporting and activity updates through sales database and otherwise and attend exhibitions and promote products as and when required
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and attend all safety trainings related to the job and demonstrate commitment to company Core Values

Experience Required

Few years of sales experience in industrial product

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in English

Other Requirements

  • Good in sales / technics with experience in industrial product
  • Ability to quickly develop relationships with external clients at a senior level and internally with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience of sales forecasting, providing reports and generating own sales
  • Ability to manage own time, work autonomously from home base
  • An open-minded to new technology/new business opportunities
  • Ability to work and deliver in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and in stressful situations
  • Fluent in English writing and speaking, TOEIC Score Speaking Level 6 Score 130-150, Writing Level 6 Score 110-130
  • Degree in Technical/Engineering fields
