Summary of Position
Phnom Penh Land Development Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Sales Manager (Real Estate).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base
- Recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales revenue and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team
