Grown well from the small to the big sizes among other local and international project developer in Cambodia, we are handling construction projects, including steel handicrafts, shops, houses, apartment, condominiums, villas, schools and many others. Our employees are now more than hundreds.   • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams
  • Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base
  • Recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales revenue and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team
