Senior Operation Officer
Summary of Position
MJQ Education PLC: Currently, we are looking for a Senior Operations Officer who will make sure that department/unit is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service in order to meet the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the departments/units Construction and Design Department, Campus and Building Maintenance Department, General Productions and Housekeeping Unit
- Ensure that each department has proper workflow, staff details, organization chart, policies…etc
- Involve in the staff recruitment process and make sure that each department does not have excessive staff
- Make sure that each department does their works and meets the deadline
- Oversee the projects related to construction and renovation of the existing and new buildings
- Keep track of the to-do-list of each department
- Make sure that the projects are completed properly within or less than the approved budget
- Provide assistance to each department and make sure that they work smoothly with other department
- Check the design and provide some concepts in accordance with the needs of the company

- Comprehensive in English language both speaking and writing
- Good time management skills, good communication
- Administrative experience is the plus
- Can-do attitude, self-confidence, firm stance
