Senior Staff, HR & Admin (Recruitment & Training)

Summary of Position

JACCS Cambodia: Currently, we are looking for a Senior HR and Admin Staff.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • To make job description
  • To recruit high quality staff
  • To handle on process of new staff recruitment (interview, evaluation, and control)
  • To ensure staff recruitment are fulfilled on time as department request
  • To assist in develop recruitment strategy, retention strategy
  • To assist in developing recruitment & selection policy

Staff Training & Development

  • To lead and facilitate on Training Need Assessment (TNA) and develop the calendar for internal & external sources
  • To provide orientation program to all staff to ensure well induced and communicated about corporate cultures of JFC
  • To provide staff training in soft skills for staff capacity development
  • To develop training report and monthly report
  • To be understood the role of position and department

Other task will be assigned by the management

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)

Khmer & English

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field
  • At least 2 years working experience in Human Resources, Admin, Recruitment, Training or any related field
  • Proficiency in English language for both writing, speaking and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Email;
  • Effectively solve the problem and high commitmen
  • Be able to work with high sense of confidentiality
  • Positive attitude, honest and willing to work hard
