Baitong Hotel and Resort: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Service Crew/ Cashier.

• Provide guests with friendly and informed service
• Taking food and beverage orders
• Strong communication between several departments (kitchen, bar, cashier, runners)
• Maintaining dining room preparation and cleanliness standards
• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

• Some F&B service experience or motivation to learn quickly
• Speak, read and write in Khmer, English. Some Chinese is helpful
• Flexible working schedule, honest, responsible, reliable
• Motivated and hard-working, maintain high level of personal hygiene
• Ability to multitask, work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
