Khmer Ceramics Fine Art Center: currently, we are looking for a passionate WordPress Developer (all level) to join our team. As a Developer on WP at our company, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end developments. Our projects on the web are very challenging and interesting, even for high level developers. The position is open to all levels, we are keen to hire beginners who have willingness and ability to learn. Position is open to Cambodians and foreigners. You will be based in Siem Reap.

Here below are the ideal duties; it can be adapted to the level of the candidate; all subjects can be learned with us:

• Manage Front-End development under WP
• Designs develop and modify WP plugins based on requirements
• Using languages like HTML,CSS,PHP,Js (basic required, can be developed with us)
• Propose and assess solutions to resolve problems, including identifying and evaluating new technologies and third-party components
• Contribute clean code to ensure a consistently high-quality standard
• Manage Back-End, performs website maintenance, and modifications
• Enhancements of existing websites through programming, testing, documenting and training users
• Usual (or keen to learn) to work in an Agile environment
• Performance Monitoring
• Participate in team and users meeting
• Conduct WP training for users

• Knowledge of basic computer science
• Understand basic IT tools (Whitebox/Blackbox, development on localhost,...)
• Experience (any level) of any programming languages such as node.js/Ruby/PHP/Python/C#/JAVA (at least basic)...(pro is better!)
• Knowledge in HTML5/CSS3/JS
• Like to read books and learn
• Problem solving & organizing skills
• Team player and positive personality
